On our new Digital Form platform, you may now set change request for the following account information in just 3 easy steps. More servicing forms and new features will be available on our platform soon; stay tuned for our next phase of enhancement.

  • Change of Address
  • Change of Business Phone Number
  • Change of Mobile Phone Number for BizAlert Service
  • Change of Business Email Address
  • Change of Email Address for Direct Advice/eStatement/eAdvice
  • Change of Email Address for BizAlert Service
  • Change of Contact Person(s)

Ownership and Control

  • Resignation/Removal of Directors/Authorised Signatories (for limited companies, of up to 3 removals per submission)
  • Change of Shareholders'/Beneficial Owners' Information (for limited companies, of up to 4 changes per submission)

Business Internet Banking

  • Delete/Change of Mobile Phone Number for Business Internet Banking Service

ATM Card

  • Company ATM Card Enrolment
  • ATM Card Replacement
  • ATM Card New PIN Request
