InnoTech Business Instalment Loan

1 The promotional offer is valid only if the application is submitted 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, both dates inclusive ("Promotional Period"); and the loan is drawn down on or before 31 January 2025. All applications for a InnoTech Business Instalment Loan are subject to the applicable terms and conditions which will be set out in the related application form and loan notification letter. 3 All loan applications are subject to the Bank's usual credit assessment approval procedure. The Bank reserves the right to amend the loan amount, interest rate, benefits, terms and conditions without prior notice.

^ Companies eligible for InnoTech Business Instalment Loan include: (i) digital and technology related industries; or (ii) companies with any other commercial use of digital adoption.

+ The director(s)/principal shareholder(s) of limited companies who apply for a InnoTech Business Instalment Loan is/are required to provide Personal Guarantees by Individual(s).

# The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and its successors and assigns ("HSBC" or the "Bank") will assess the loan application and, if the Bank approves the loan application, credit the approved final loan amount to your existing HSBC repayment account within three working days upon receipt of a fully completed application and all required documents. For customer without an existing HSBC account, the approved loan amount will be credited upon successful opening of HSBC repayment account. Only bank working days (Monday- Friday, except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) are considered.
