We are introducing a simpler, faster and easier way for you to update your company account information. On our Digital Form platform, you may set change request for the following account information in just 3 easy steps.

What’s more? If you are a Business Internet Banking user, you can simply submit the Digital Form online* by entering your Business Internet Banking log on details prior to form submission. This saves you the hassle of physical submission either by mail or in person at any HSBC branch.

You may now change the following company information on Digital Forms:


Contact Information

  • Change of Address
  • Change of Business Phone Number
  • Change of Business Email Address
  • Change of Contact Person(s)
  • Update Director's/Shareholder's ID

Business Internet Banking

  • Delete/Change of Mobile Phone Number (for Business Internet Banking service SMS alerts) (Online submission is not applicable)
  • Request for new Business Internet Banking PIN and/or Security Device
  • Suspend Business Internet Banking service
  • Re-activate Business Internet Banking service

Company ATM Card

  • New Card Enrolment
  • Card Replacement
  • Card Cancellation
  • Request for New PIN

* Online submission is not applicable to companies that include company chop in the signing instruction.
