Why am I getting migrated to the new Business Internet Banking?

HSBC is constantly striving to evolve and upgrade our service so as to offer you a simpler, faster and better Business Internet Banking experience.

My friends / relatives are already using the new Business Internet Banking – when will it be my turn?

Starting from April 2018, all Business Internet Banking customers will be introduced to the new Business Internet Banking by phases. A notification email will be sent to you prior to the migration. You will be able to start using the new Business Internet Banking within a few weeks of receiving this email. Please check your email inbox regularly for the notification. If you don’t have a valid company email address registered with HSBC, please download and submit this form (PDF, 445KB) to us to update your email address. In the meantime, you can continue to log on to your current Business Internet Banking.

Can I request to be migrated earlier to the new Business Internet Banking?

We plan to migrate all Business Internet Banking customers in phases. Apologies that we are unable to take in special individual requests. You may continue using your existing Business Internet Banking until your designated migration date.

Can I request you not to migrate me?

To offer you a consistent experience across all HSBC sites, we are redesigning our Business Internet Banking to provide you with a whole new look and feel, and the ability for us to deliver more enhancements more often. As a result, all existing Business Internet Banking customers will eventually be migrated to the new Business Internet Banking platform.

How can I access eStatement and eAdvice?

You can find eStatement and eAdvice for all your different accounts at Left Menu > My HSBC > eStatement and eAdvice.

In which file formats can I download my transaction history from Business Internet Banking?

You can choose to download your transaction history from Business Internet Banking in CSV file format. This file format can then be used with your chosen business finance software tool, such as QuickBooks, Xero or Wave, or with generic spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel.
