What do I need before I start using HSBC Business Internet Banking?

There is no special software required to access HSBC Business Internet Banking. All you need is a computer and Internet connection. The service is available for internet-enabled PC and Mac computers as well as mobile devices.

To ensure highest security and smooth banking experience, if your web browser is Internet Explorer 10 or an earlier version, you are recommended to:

  • Use the latest version of Google Chrome for an optimal viewing experience; or
  • Update your web browser to the latest version of Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari.

How can I access and log on to Business Internet Banking?

You can access Business Internet Banking from our HSBC Hong Kong public website, by clicking ‘Logon’ on the top right corner of the webpage. You can then log on using your username, and continue with Security Device authentication.

How can I access eStatement and eAdvice?

You can find eStatement and eAdvice for all your different accounts at Left Menu > My HSBC > eStatement and eAdvice.

In which file formats can I download my transaction history from Business Internet Banking?

You can choose to download your transaction history from Business Internet Banking in CSV file format. This file format can then be used with your chosen business finance software tool, such as QuickBooks, Xero or Wave, or with generic spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel.
