To ensure a smooth payment & transfer on BIB, please make sure daily transaction limit of your company and user are both sufficient:

i. View and manage company limit: Primary User can go to ‘My HSBC’> ‘Admin Tool’> ‘Change Daily Transaction Limit Request’ under ‘Profile setting’ to manage the limit;

ii. View and manage user limit: eligible user can go to ‘My HSBC’> ‘Admin Tool’> ‘Modify User Details/ Delete User’ under ‘User administration’> select user> update limit under ‘Accounts’ (remarks).

Remarks 1: PU cannot increase their individual limits online but submit the form by clicking the icon on the right.

Remarks 2: Limits for Secondary Users cannot exceed the limits for Primary User’s.
