Interbank Account Data Sharing (IADS)

Get started
With more control over your data, you can use it to enjoy an innovative and enhanced banking experience. Open Banking allows you to share your data digitally with third-party service providers in a simple and secure way.

What is Interbank Account Data Sharing (IADS)?

The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) Interbank Account Data Sharing (IADS) initiative allows the sharing of your deposit account data, with your consent, between the participating banks using Open API.

You remain in full control, selecting which accounts' data you'd like to share, for how long and with which bank. You can choose to cancel your consent at any time.

Save time checking the balance of your numerous bank accounts and get a consolidated view of your deposit accounts with the HSBC HK Business Internet Banking. We'll connect securely to your other banks, saving you the hassle of logging on to various other applications. Enjoy a more seamless banking service along with personalised offers.

To learn more about the HKMA IADS initiative and the list of IADS participating banks, you may visit the HKMA IADS web page.
