You can get a comprehensive ESG rating via our partner, EcoVadis, who are one of the largest providers of ESG ratings worldwide. EcoVadis have rated over 130,000 companies and can also assess the sustainability of your supply chains.
The HSBC Sustainability Tracker has a wealth of content and resources, as well as products, for you to consider. Take a look to learn more about what you can do to make sustainable progress.
Once you have an EcoVadis rating, you can apply for an HSBC Sustainability Improvement Loan (SIL). The HSBC SIL is a business loan that uses your EcoVadis ESG rating as the single KPI to determine the cost of borrowing. The incentives you get for your loan are linked to your sustainability goals and process. Your borrowing cost decreases if your score improves and increases if it declines.
