6 easy steps to manage your account

Step 1:

Receive an SMS and/or email confirmation for account opening.

Step 2:

Check if you have received the account service tools below:

  • Business Internet Banking Authentication SMS
    Send via your mobile phone registered with the bank
  • Business Internet Banking PIN
  • Business Internet Banking Security Device
  • Business Debit Card
  • Business Debit Card PIN
  • Cheque book(s)
    Mail to your correspondence address
  • eStatement PIN (for Investment Accounts)
    Mail to your correspondence address

* Applicable to each authorised user of optional service

Step 3:

Complete your first-time registration for Business Internet Banking. Please refer to the Business Internet Banking registration guide.

Step 4:

Place a minimum deposit of HK$10,000 or foreign currency equivalent of US$1,000 to activate your account.

Step 5:

Download HSBC Business Express mobile app and follow us on WeChat (HSBCHKBusiness) to stay on top of your account on the go.

Step 6:

Activate Mobile Security Key in HSBC Business Express mobile app, to logon to Business Internet Banking and make payment via the app without physical Security Device.

    Applying for a BusinessVantage account is simple and easy.

    • Apply online or call our dedicated hotline to make an appointment with a nearby HSBC Business Centre for account opening
    • Bring along complete account opening documents and initial deposit to our HSBC Business Centre
    • Upon receipt of all the required information and documentation from your company and completion of application form, your application will be immediately processed and reviewed

    • Successful application is upon the Bank's satisfactory review, and will be notified via SMS to your designated phone number
    • An account opening packet (including the Business Internet Banking security device, Business Debit Card, Phonebanking PIN and all other PIN number) will be sent to you via courier after successful account setup
