Any employee in your company can be a Secondary User. Secondary Users are responsible for the day-to-day running of the company accounts in Business Internet Banking, including e-Form submissions.

Activate your Mobile Security Key
- Download and open HSBC HK Business Express mobile app
- Enter your username, select the ‘Password, identity document and selfie’ option, then enter your password
- Select ‘Continue’ on ‘Start using your Mobile Security Key’ page or go to ‘More’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Security’ > ‘Activate Mobile Security Key’ > ‘Continue’
- Enter your identification details registered with the bank
- Enter your personal information
- Select ‘Continue’ and proceed to verify your identity with your HKID / Passport / PRC Resident ID Card
- Take a photo of your original HKID / Passport / PRC Resident ID Card against a plain background with good lighting
- Take a selfie video against a plain background with good lighting
- Create a 6-digit PIN for mobile log on and complete verification to activate Mobile Security Key

- Download and open HSBC HK Business Express mobile app
- Click logon, enter your username, select the ‘Password, identity document and selfie’ option. (Or enter from the bottom menu ‘More’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Security’ > ‘Activate Mobile Security Key’)
- Enter your password and tap ‘Continue’, then select ‘Try another way’ at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the ‘Password and verification code sent by SMS and email’ option, then enter your password, SMS and email verification code to verify
- Choose the profile for Mobile Security Key activation
- Follow the instructions shown to verify your mobile number and email address
- Create a 6-digit PIN for mobile log on and complete verification to activate Mobile Security Key

‘Request & Form Directory’ in the Business Internet Banking is a one-stop platform with an intuitive smart search function that helps you quickly locate the right form and guides you to the appropriate channel to submit your request, making the whole process simpler and easier.
How to use the Request & Form Directory?
You can simply enter keywords or form name / ID in the search bar to get results. You can also refine your search by category or select tags associated with the most common service request types to narrow down what you want.
We will display the most relevant results according to the type of request you’re searching and your Business Internet Banking user type (Primary user / Secondary user). We will also advise the most appropriate submission channel for your requests.
