Each Business Internet Banking user, regardless primary or secondary user, are able to select the below at their own preferences independently and easily:

  • Different types of notifications
  • Preferred channel to receive notification, including email, SMS, WeChat or HSBC Business Express push notification

Types of notification available

  • Outward Payments - Get notified when your payment via Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) or Telegraphic Transfer (TT) requires your further action, is unsuccessful or is complete.
  • Inward Payments - Enables you to monitor all inward payments from credited to your account. It can track all funds received from any international or local banks.
  • Investment Order Confirmation - Notifies you of the results of your stock purchase/sale orders and Unit Trusts buy/sell/switch orders.
  • Account Overdrawn - Notifies you when your withdrawal exceeds the available balance in your account.
  • HKD Cheque Return - Notifies you when an HKD cheque deposited to your account is returned.

An embedded customer feedback mechanism will allow Amy to learn and enrich her knowledge over time so that she can cope with increasingly broad queries. Subsequent delivery phases will see Amy integrating with live Chat to enable seamless human intervention on more complex queries, and the improvement of Amy’s learning process with the latest AI technology.
